These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the website at nuroailabs.com(the "Site"). By accessing the Site you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.

These Terms cover the corporate website only. They do not cover our products. Each product — Hypersave, Khyaa, Nuro Chat, Nuro Studio, Nuro One — is governed by its own product terms, which take precedence for that product.

1 · Operator

The Site is operated by Nuro AI Labs Limited, a private limited company registered in England and Wales under Companies House #16079959, with registered office at 128 City Road, London EC1V 2NX, United Kingdom.

2 · Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use the Site in any way that breaches applicable law or regulation.
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to the Site, the server on which it is stored, or any server, computer or database connected to it.
• Probe, scan or test the vulnerability of the Site without prior written permission, except in accordance with our responsible disclosure policy.
• Interfere with the operation of the Site, including by introducing malware, conducting denial-of-service activity, or scraping at a rate that materially degrades availability for other users.
• Use the Site to send unsolicited commercial communications, harvest contact information, or impersonate any person or entity.
• Train models on the Site's content at a scale or in a manner that breaches our robots.txt directives or this section.

3 · Content

All content on the Site is provided for general informational purposes only. We try to be accurate but make no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, about the completeness, accuracy, reliability, suitability or availability of the information, products, services, or related graphics contained on the Site.

Forward-looking statements about research, products or roadmap reflect current intentions and are not commitments. Numbers and benchmarks are reported in good faith and are subject to revision; where available, see the linked artefact (paper, repository, dataset) for authoritative figures.

4 · Open-source releases

Software, model weights and datasets released by Nuro AI Labs under specific open-source or open-weights licences are governed by those licences, which take precedence over these Terms with respect to the released artefact. For example, AVALON-2B is released under the Apache License, Version 2.0; the Apache 2.0 terms govern your rights to that artefact.

5 · External links

The Site contains links to external sites we do not control (Hugging Face, Ollama, GitHub, arXiv, Companies House, social platforms, and others). We provide these links for convenience and take no responsibility for the content, privacy practices or availability of those sites. A link is not an endorsement.

6 · Intellectual property

Except for content released under an explicit open-source licence (see "Open-source releases") or attributable to a third party, the Site, its content, design and underlying code are the property of Nuro AI Labs Limited or its licensors and are protected by copyright, trade mark and other intellectual property laws.

You may quote short excerpts of content for reporting, commentary, criticism or research with attribution to Nuro AI Labs and a link back to the source page.

7 · Disclaimers

To the maximum extent permitted by law, in no event shall Nuro AI Labs Limited, its directors, officers or employees be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill, arising out of or in connection with your use of the Site.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for (a) death or personal injury caused by negligence, (b) fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or (c) any other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.
